Meet your chef at a local coffee bar and enjoy a coffee and a sweet breakfast. Then, head to the fresh market and choose your products (based on seasonality) typical from the Tuscan farmer's market. Choose the menu together, selecting the freshest produce from the market and creating together a 100% fresh, delicious, wholesome menu. After choosing and buying the ingredients, return to the Kitchen Studio and prepare the menu step by step, accompanied by a tasting of wines from the Cantina. During the class, prepare an appetizer and 2 different pasta courses.
