Immerse yourself in the authentic Italian experience of Lasagna making in San Gimignano with our hands-on cooking class. Led by a professional English-speaking chef, you'll become a master in the art of Lasagna making. Then, you will be led in our kitchen and start the experience!
Our class begins with a focus on selecting the finest ingredients, including the right type of flour, and learning tips and tricks for a successful Lasagna dough. You'll learn how to knead, roll, and cut pasta shapes such as tagliatelle, tagliolini, and even create filled pasta like ravioli.
Then sit down to enjoy the fruits of your labor, complemented by the tasting of the most renowned Tuscan wines and extra virgin olive oil.
This family-friendly class is suitable for all skill levels, and is a fun and creative experience for everyone; if you have specific dietary needs, such as gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, or eggless pasta, just let us know, and we will accommodate your requests.
Lunch or dinner menu:
• Appetizer: Tuscan cheeses and cold cuts, bruschetta
• First course: three types of pasta we have prepared together
