Description
The Tuscan cooking class near Siena takes place in a family's countryside farmhouse set among green hills, olive trees and quiet rural views, between Arezzo and Siena. Your host is Francesco Borsari, a young chef who cooks to tell stories about the land and his family. The class lasts about three hours.
Working with local, organic and seasonal ingredients, you make fresh pasta from scratch, prepare rich sauces and learn recipes handed down through generations of home cooking. Francesco guides you step by step and shares techniques and local traditions, in a warm and informal mood. The visit also includes a tour of the farmhouse and the surrounding countryside.
