Description
Horseback riding in the Siena countryside means seeing the hills from the saddle, along trails that cross vineyards and olive groves and run beside rivers and roads flanked by cypresses. The ride lasts about an hour.
An expert guide rides with you and talks about the local plants and animals, as well as stories and legends from the area, from medieval villages to old rural estates. The horses are well trained and gentle.

You can add a stop for a picnic under the trees beside the river, or a visit and tasting at a local winery. Both are optional and not included, so ask when you book. Everyone in the group needs to speak the language chosen for the ride. The ride is not suitable for children under 14, pregnant women or people over 70, and there is a weight limit of 113 kg.
