Description
This wine tasting tour in Siena keeps you in the historic centre for about an hour and a half, moving between two wine shops with an expert as your guide. It is a short, lively way to mix a little culture with the pleasure of wine.
The first stop is for sparkling wines. You try two, one made with the Martinotti method and one with the Classic Method, and the guide explains how the two methods differ. At the second stop you move to red wines from the Chianti Classico area, with a closer look at the soils and what they give the glass.
